For years, I lived in a state of chronic urgency, catering to a dysregulated nervous system rooted in fear. I was always pushing to be the best, do the most, and when I wasn’t in action, I was constantly berating myself about how I could be more efficient. There was no room to rest or receive, and I eventually found myself on an obsessive path of trying to control and manage every aspect of my life.
Over time, this way of living showed up as disordered eating patterns, ongoing gut issues, and hormone imbalances. Those symptoms became my wake-up call— a clear invitation to reevaluate how I was leading my life. Today, as a holistic health coach, I’ve turned my mess into my message and am committed to helping women rebuild self-trust, foster self-compassion, and create new ways of thinking and being.
